E-learning and e-training.. what does hide behind those words ?

e-learning is all training devices that uses Internet as a channel of diffusion. The pedagogical act is done partly or completly online. From self-training to tutored training, e-learning can have various forms.

e-training, in a general way, refers to all training devices depending on new technologies based on the Internet. It is the training process as a whole (and not only the act of training or self-training) that is rebuilt according to Internet technologies.
