New business lines in training organisations
While the introduction to training raises numerous
passionate challenges, it also implies having to learn how to manage
new dimensions :
· Change in management from training groups to individuals
· From synchronous to asynchronous and formula mix,
· From a single source (the trainer) to multiple resources
· From one spot to many sites.
Training managers and their teams probably have to learn how to
manage this complexity by:
· creating the training conditions (including tutoring)
· develop practical approaches with simple systems,
· mobilise internal (IT, finance, legal, general management)
and external partners for a definite ambition and clear- project.
