New training and integration strategies
New training technologies provide an answer,
not only to the eternal question of human qualification, but also
to the various questions raised by current economic imperatives:
globalisation and stiffer competition, search for improved productivity
via cost-cutting, gains in rapidity and competitivity, etc.
The result ?
Training has now become a major strategic issue and knowledge a
tool to develop a definite competitive edge.
To be at the leading edge of this endeavour, it is essential that
training, one of the last to be computerised in companies, undergoes
a complete and thorough reengineering.
The only limits in future mechanisms are the creativity of the individual
and profitability of their actions.
